        The medications for weight loss work great. However, the customer service is pretty cringe worthy. Unfortunately, Ive seen certain people be treated really well and with utmost respect. However, that was not my experience. As a matter of fact, the clinic has two entrances to the building. On one side, the lobby is well lit and the furniture is nice while on the other side the lobby is the very opposite. But the worst part is the customer service. I would not recommend this location at all. When a managers response is that it is totally fine when you express a problem or issue, you know youve been patronizing the wrong business.

        Everyone at The Broadway Clinic is very nice, informative and helpful. Brianda and Liz ALWAYS help me out and any one I refer to them. I saw Dr. Ross last time I went and I was very content with his approach. I had a great experience.
