Neal and his team have not finished my outdoor project. The work was contracted back in October. I have not received any communication on project status or getting a refund. They also already took the full amount from my credit card. Delays are completely understandable; however, the lack of communication is not.

Replaced retaining wall with railroad ties (and did a good job with this), replaced wooden stairway (sturdily built, but was fully open on back and sides and resulted in huge sink holes as soil washed out. Handyman had to dig out, repair/close off stairs, and backfill terrace), replaced fence (recently have learned that none of the metal posts installed were concreted in, resulting in fence rippling and back gate not staying closed). I think this company can do really good work, such as the retaining wall, but cut corners wont be immediately noticeable and can cost substantial repair bills to go back and fix.
