Our first Wayfair delivery was sub optimal- no call prior, came outside delivery window.
Our second delivery was GREAT! Shout out to T-Rex and Vic. They were fast and efficient and took great care of our couch while delivering!

The driver lied about calling me 3x's to the company and left without delivering. I literally stayed home all day waiting on this order and now I have to do it again because he didn't want to deliver my packages the first time.
I'm debating canceling my order just so I don't have to deal with this train wreck. If running a shipping company is this hard for you guys, you should just stop.
UPDATE: They failed to deliver my packages again today. J.W. is trying really hard to run off all of Wayfair's business.

This company is holding my 3500.00 piece of equipment hostage because the driver was not able to wait 5 minutes for me to arrive.

NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL BACK. They've had our product for over two months and we haven't had any contact with them although we've called dozens and dozens of times.
