I have been doing business here for a few years now and everyone has always been polite and professional. As long as I stay in touch they have always been more than willing to make arrangements with me.

Everyone here is so nice!! Southern Loans application process is easy and the loan terms are good for the types of loans they offer (in my opinion at least!). What I really appreciate is that for one, you can always go in to the store and talk to a real person if you have any issues or need to arrange a payment plan or renew your loan. I have some loans Ive taken out completely online, and when I have issues with my 100% online loans its frustrating having to deal with chat bots or wait for an email that could take 1-3 days to get a response to. You have the option of both online and in-person services here which I appreciate. With my loan here I also appreciate the 10-day grace period if I need a few more days to make my monthly payment during those hard financial periods. I would recommend taking out a loan here if you want a straightforward process with friendly and helpful staff!

I was approved for a Loan, I explained my situation, So they approved me for a Loan and Said What I need to bring in since I don't get paid in direct deposit. I called a few days later, Today to make Sure i was still okay to Collect My Loan since I'm over 2 hours away, They told me No I needed to bring in Paystubs, That I don't have, That isn't WHAT I was Told When I was Approved, SO to say this Place Is Unreliable, The Tell you Multiple Different Things and Don't Stick To the Deals They Offer. If you want to get a loan and rely on a company to Provide you a Professional and Trustworthy environment, This is NOT The Place. This Business Is Shady and Unreputable And I would Not Consider doing any Business with them in the Future. I would Give 0 Stars but they Don't Offer that!
