My family referred this company from one person they knew. This was in the late summer I received a card that said “you were wanting us to talk. Give me a call my personal cell is… “ She kept ghosting me on meetings for a few weeks. I just thought they were super busy, the bottom line is, I gave him a check to get a certain stain for the deck — two weeks past after I gave them the check I heard nothing — and they would say oh we’re gonna start tomorrow we’re gonna do this tomorrow and they would never show up and now it is October 15th — not a word — not one word and the lady will not answer her phone and she’s been in my home twice one time apologizing for how they have a tendency not to show up. I am a senior citizen 67 and although it’s my fault for giving them a check, I would not want this to happen to anyone else that works with them. They did mention they were in cahoots with a couple in Yukon who would not pay them, but they made it sound like it was a jealousy thing, why do I ignore red flags ? I may be at fault, but they are at fault for what they are doing to others probably like me. All she had to do was come by and talk to me I understand straight up talk, and if they don’t have enough money to hand me my money back, then they don’t have any business being a business. I know I ran a perfume business for 25 years, paying the feds like you’re supposed to, and being an honorable business person, so my responsibility is to make sure that you know who you’re dealing with and if perhaps this will make them act better I don’t know . Plus look at the reviews Ross and Stefani both gave their self a 5 star review for this their own company ?
