Since my mother buying me a Birthday necklace and cross, the chain had to be special ordered in for my big neck. Well I have never seen a sterling silver chain tarnish so fast after just swimming. Well my chain ended up breaking and the rope chain had loosened. I'm guessing it was just soldered. So this last time I had waited after in breaking (the chain again) I go to pick it up I'm told it's $40-$60 for same repair. Why was my chain never sent back to be replaced, now the special gift from my mom sits needing to be paid, almost half of the price that was paid. Please I hope something could be helped for me to get my chain back, that I feel something that should had been under warranty. It's sad that you see the same chains on sale. Keith

I took brought diamond cut necklace here to be fully repaired. Upon picking it up I noticed that they had missed a spot, after bringing it to their attention it immediately became my fault for not pointing it out and that it would be an additional 40 dollars. The jewler/owner was VERY RUDE and inconsiderate. After getting home I also noticed that the original repairs were weren't done correctly. Never going back Ever.... I will be uploading pictures as soon as I get home from work.
