Absolutely terrible customer service! The younger lady with black hair and purple nails was so incredibly rude and abrasive to us. This was our first time looking at rings ever and we didnt understand the process and explained that to her and we were met with massive attitude, impatience, and just flat out rudeness. We didnt understand how the stone as an additional charge worked, and she replied very harshly Well thats a piece of glass, I mean you could order that like that if you WANTED to BUT It was just shocking and really disrespectful and such a turn off when trying to have a special experience picking out a ring. It made us uncomfortable and we felt like a bother, and made us not want to return whatsoever. Its just unfortunate because we had the cash in our wallet ready to make a purchase but she didnt know that. Absolutely do not recommend!!
