I do not recommend this insurance company. They delay paying claims for incorrect reasons or they make a mistake processing the claim on their end and then you have to write a letter to appeal their mistake to try and get the claim paid. Their customer service reps are not helpful. If you call concerning their mistake on a claim, they want you to write a letter which then delays any payment for at least another 30 days after the initial 30 day waiting for payment on the original claim.
