I just want to say farmers insurance agent named Hollie Ann is an amazing person very respectful and very consistent and is very honest and actually cares about peoples living situations she trys her hardest to get the best quote and keeps up with the customer if I were yall Id request her!!! :)))

Maybe something was missing, when I told her I didn't receive any notification about it she called me a liar. I asked other farmer's offices and they all said that I should have received a call especially since it was that important and you all are an office in okc and not Lawton where I live. I even went back and looked at what I received and there was nothing except my policy information. So again, bad service. Nice try though

Hallie was very rude with me. Come to find out i was paying on a policy that didn't exist anymore. Called me a liar even though you could clearly see I made my payment. She definitely needs corrective training.
