We had Allstate for a couple of years on our hike and cars. Taylor was nice and for the most part did an OK job. There were times the office didnt call back and good luck if you ever have a claim. The claims department is very disorganized, not at all professional and they will not at all protect your interests whatsoever. We ultimately went back to another carrier and they still overcharged me $48. Ill never go back to Allstate. Keep looking you can do better.

The ladies I have worked with have always been fantastic. Very friendly and very helpful. Thank you for everything you have done. I will be staying with Allstate for a very long time.

When you first sign off on your insurance policy everything is dandies and rainbows. When you actually need to file a claim everything turns to (not my problem). House claim. Boat claim. Auto claim. Nothing was handled professionally. Even after I informed this agency I need to cancel my previous home owners insurance I was still billed for a house I had already sold due to negligence on the agents fault.
