John cold called me at the beginning of covid when we are all sitting in disbelief. He had left me a few messages but I finally answered his call. Let me tell you, this has been the beginning of a great relationship. I have never had an agent work for me like John does. I already had Liberty coverage but he bundled us to save thousands. We have switched car coverage a few times to get better deals but he always calls and updates me whether text or email to let me know if he can save me money. We met at Panera and did some Life Insurance packages as well. He has really become a great friend. Most importantly, I trust him for advice on everything! Thanks so much John!!! John Mauldin has been our insurance agent for the last few years. We recently had our first claim with Liberty Mutal after our house flooded in September of 2021. John helped guide us through the process from the very beginning. He regularly contacted us to get an update on the progress of our repairs and was willing to help when we needed assistance. Over the forty-two years we have been married, we have had different insurance companies and John has been the best insurance agent by far. Both my husband and I highly recommend John for any of your insurance needs.

Our family has worked with John for several years. He has met all of our insurance needs for our home and cars. We could always count on him to find us the best policy at the right price, and to coordinate when new policies should begin. It was tricky to arrange coverage for our old house, new house, with an apartment and storage unit rental sandwiched in between. After all these years, we feel like we know John personally! He is a friendly voice with the right answers during those hectic changes in life.
