Our ex-agent, Rocky, is Very Un-Ethical the way he does business! He led us to believe he was Quoting our General Liability Insurance policy for 2 weeks knowing all good and well that he was not going to even attempt to quote it for us!!! All he had to do was reply to one of my Many emails to let me know to look elsewhere. When I called the Main office yesterday and asked for someone else in office to let me know what was going on, Monica informed me he was suppose to call me because he told her he wasn't even going to quote it!!! Meanwhile we're just losing jobs by the day while waiting on insurance! Now it will be at least another week for someone else to start quoting it for us. My husband is so mad, he's going to the insurance commissioner. What a Terrible & Un-Professional way to conduct business. Buyer Beware!!!
