The room was nice on the surface until I discovered stuff on the carpet, an open coffee packet in the unopened packets, the slippery shower floor, no soap at the bathroom sink, and the bathroom sink that drains extremely slow. There is one ice machine for four floors, kept on the second floor at the end of the hall. They don't have a noise restriction after a specific hour, so people are yelling & running through the hallways, along with partying in rooms above with loud thumping music past midnight, plus there dogs in room/s barking at all hours of the night.

It was truly the best stay iv ever had in hotel! Amazing service, outstanding breakfast, and our room was even cooler! Its located right around all the stores, and just a few minutes away, from anything you could want. Such a good experience, and i will definitely be coming back, in the future!

Unsafe! The hotel itself is situated in a terrible part of town, and the parking lot is crawling with homeless crackheads and tweakers. We literally never felt safe outside. Drug dealers coming in and out all night. The front desk person was super nice, but when I asked if they had a luggage cart as I didnt want to leave anything in the bed of my truck, she said, Yeah but I dont know where they are. Cool. Carried all of our stuff inside so it wouldnt get stolen. Once inside the room we noticed a nasty, dirty bathroom floor with hair all over, which unfortunately was the least of our worries. Had to go back to the truck at midnight to chase away a tweaker that was going through the cooler in my truck bed!! The immediate red flag shouldve been the fact that you have to scan your key to enter the hotel at all, even up front. In the morning during breakfast several homeless were sneaking in after people used their key to eat breakfast and creep around, it was wild. We will never stay again. Do not recommend!
