Residence Inn by Marriott Oklahoma City Northwest

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but when I went into the breakfast area an employee who appeared to be a manager was loudly talking about how guests should not complain about a shortage of plates because other guests were taking plates to their rooms. ?????? Why not just buy more plates? Needless to say, I felt unwelcome in the place. When I went back to my room (with no plate) I noticed how thin the towels were, and how cheap the toilet paper and little soaps provided. I'm sorry if you thought you could come to the United States and get rich quick in the hotel business. I will not be staying at Marriott again.

Rooms: Showing age and wear. Food & drinks: Breakfast isn't much more than a continental, sad offerings or pre-packaged. Very little is fresh.

I stayed at the Residence Inn for a week while visiting my brother. The suite with kitchen was great. Enjoyed breakfast every morning. Door Dash was handy when I wasn't having dinner with family. Ample parking. Jenny on the front helpful and VERY service oriented. Rooms: Suite was nice size. Room to spread things out without cluttering. Walkability: My brother and I took several longer walks from the hotel. There were good sidewalks so we weren't dodging cars. Noteworthy details: Jenny on the front desk promotes a great service attitude by the staff. She made the stay very pleasant.

Perfect hotel for a long business stay. Best part of the hotel is the breakfast, location is good. Overnight parking is ample and free of charge. Every studio has a running kitchen
