Hilton Garden Inn Oklahoma City North Quail Springs

After staying at every Hotel in Quail Springs, I can confidently say this is thr best one. Rooms: Rooms are comfortable and clean. Nearby activities: Lots of places nearby to eat.

I have stayed here many times over the years. I read some recent reviews that were disturbing. We checked in yesterday. Everything and everybody was just right. The room was very nice. Just as I expect an HGI to be. Breakfast was very good. Olga took good care of us. The nice thing is the breakfast buffet is the same price as the honors F&B allowance. Thank you. That has been a pet peeve at other Hilton properties. The breakfast was very good. My wife ordered an omelet. It was perfect. I ate the scrambled eggs on the buffet. This was a very good HGI experience. Thanks you for a well run facility.

We were on a trip for our daughters 16th birthday and wanted something fun and special for her. Waited about 10 minutes at the front desk before somebody at the bar got an employee from the back room to check us in. We had reserved 2 rooms next to each other over the phone, yet upon checking in, we were told the rooms would be on separate floors. We ended up changing room types so the rooms could be together (which is not a big deal). Once getting checked in, we notice that our AC unit on the wall has most of the buttons missing, so you just have to guess at turning the unit on/off. One of the elevators was out of order, so everyone in the apparent cheerleader convention got to share a single elevator. We went down to look at the $10 breakfast buffet, but saw that it was nothing more than what 99% of other hotels include for free. Until this experience, we thought Hilton Garden Inns were a good and safe bet for a good stay. We will not be returning.
