Not anymore! Once you check in, scan the barcode from your email or app, your name & wait time is displayed on a screen with a wait time. I even had a split order that required two pickups on different dates. Handled with ease!
The store is always clean and staff are nearby for questions. Granted - I still think its pretty stupid to have a "Self checkout Cashier" watching you work for Lowes instead of, well, SIMPLY BEING A CASHIER. But that's the world we live in, and why Amazon will probably be the only retailer left in America in a decade. But that's beyond the scope of this review. Keep up the good work, N. OKC Lowes!
