Builder I used (Allen Style) provided OSHBA warranty and is on the board at OSHBA. Builder has not honored or attempted to honor warranty. Contacted OSHBA, no response.

We are very sorry for your experience. Formal complaints against members are handled by the local association. Allen Style Homes is a member of the Central Oklahoma HBA and they have a grievance process. While Allen Style is a member of OSHBA, since we are a federation and are affiliated with Central Oklahoma HBA, it is by our by-laws that this is our procedure for complaints. Thank you for letting us know of your concerns.
