Dr.Kurella is kind and compassionate as is his office staff. His nurse Dana is very knowledgeable and I enjoy talking with her. Im able to make appointments easily at times that are convenient for me.

Trying to get a hold of someone over the phone is almost impossible. I've been calling for days to get a prescription refill. No luck so far.

Very poor service I was scheduled for a colonoscopy on August 15. The office called me the Friday at 2 PM to tell me that they had been trying for a weeks to get my insurance approved and I was scheduled for Tuesday I dont know why she waited that long. I called my insurance company and they told me that it was no problem that it it was on their end so I called them back. She tells me shes going to get back in touch with them and called and let me know, tomorrow is November 15 and I have not heard one word from them

Was making an appointment and was asked if I have seen a GI doctor in the past year, I said yes and then was informed they don't do second opinions so I can't schedule an appointment. I was not lookong to get a second opinion, the first GI doc I went to was out of network and could not afford the cost without using mu insurance.
