        The installation of the springs on the garage door went great. The reason for the two-star reduction is due to the price. The technician explained to me that due to high demand for parts, the price for the spring install and labor would $850. His explanation seem legit, so I went ahead and accepted the quote. I did a little digging afterwards and found that there was another garage door company that would have done the same job for half the price. I use this company a long time ago and didn't think I needed to price shop. Lesson learned! I'll make sure to price shop in the future.
