    I love suburban furniture store for its high quality, unique, colorful contemporary designs. When I wanted to change my furniture my first option is suburban. Their products worth the price. We walked through the store I found out that they have a designer. We worked with Ronette Wallace. She was a good listener, who made sure understood our taste and individualized our experience to our budget. She individualized the design of our living room. She did a great job.

    I always love working with the owner, Jeff. He treats everyone with respect and v seems to genuinely value his customers. Recently worked also eith Angela and she was delightful, as well. Their furniture is well made and service is top class!

    FIRST impressions are LASTING impressions is a quote repeated in our home. This store has amazing designs, but if I could leave double zero stars for the poor customer service at this store I would. There were several sales persons who did not greet me nor asked if I needed any assistance as I entered the building. I looked around on my own for a bit and it was when I walked past the desk where everyone was gathered that a salesperson asked if I needed help. I discovered this wasnt the store Id originally looked for; however this was a store who has missed out on not only any purchases and possibly a returning customer, but also future purchases and returning customers from my network. Maybe if I was blonde haired and blue eyes instead of a silk pressed African American and a thoroughly disappointed disabled veteran this wouldve probably been a completely different experience and I couldve purchased what I needed. I will take my wallet and hard earned dollars elsewhere.

Hello Tash. You came in earlier today, and walked straight to the sales desk. We are a low pressure store, so we normally just let our customers come in and have a few moments to look around before greeting them, but since you were headed straight for the sales desk, one of our salespeople got up and walked up to greet you directly. On your way to the sales desk, you walked passed another salesperson that was in the process of talking to 3 other customers, otherwise he would have greeted you before you arrived at the desk. Once you moved passed those other customers, a salesperson walked up and met you, politely greeted you, and asked how she could help you. You asked if we still had the upstairs warehouse. She told you we did, but that it was full of boxed up inventory and not a place to view furniture. You then asked if we had children's furniture. She told you we didn't carry children's furniture. Then lastly, you asked if the store you were currently in was Galleria Furniture, and my salesperson told you no, this is Suburban Furniture. Both of you then had a good laugh, and you said "I'm in the wrong store" and that you needed to be at Galleria Furniture, a store that is a block south of Suburban. Then you left without looking around. That was the extent of your visit. All eye witness accounts are the same. Your visit lasted maybe 2-3 minutes and it consisted of a salesperson greeting you, answering your questions, and then you leaving. If there is more to your visit than just this, please call me directly and let me know what actions or context I am missing here. I am an owner, my name is Brandon, and you can reach me at the store during normal business hours every day except Sundays and Tuesdays (405-946-4387). If actions were taken by that salesperson that are unbecoming of a decent human being, then I need to know what they are so those actions and that salesperson can be immediately addressed. If there really isn't any further details to this story, my only question to you would be, was this review actually meant for us, or for another store? I only ask because from the details laid out to me by your salesperson and the witnessing sales staff, your review doesn't seem to reflect your visit to our store. Like I said, if I am missing anything, please feel free to call me to not only fill me in on missing details, but to let me know who I need to possibly discipline for actions that don't reflect the character of our business. Thank you for your time, and we do appreciate your visit to our store.
