Had an excellent experience with Chris Taylor and his team. They came in at the last minute on a restoration project that had gone sideways and were able to squeeze us in to help us get moved back into our home on time. The job was a complete refinish of our floors throughout the house, including the replacement of a few boards. Chris was excellent about communicating what they could do and how quickly, and he involved us more than once during the project to ensure they were meeting our expectations. These guys are great. I had a pipe freeze and break that caused water to get under my beautiful hickory wood floor. It wasn't long until it was buckling all over and ruined. Chris and his guys made it look good as new. He was very responsive showed up on the job to make sure the crew was set up for success. Took great care of me. I highly recommend.
