Taco Bell

Pity poor service, ordered burritos with no sour cream, ended up with sour cream, the quesadillas had no meat or cheese on a chicken quesadilla, no sauce as requested.

Received the incorrect drive thru order. No problem there, it happens. However, when we went back to the counter to have it corrected, it took another two attempts. While I appreciate staffing shortages, I would rather wait for a correct order versus receiving one that is a "guess what's fir dinner". 3 attempts to get the correct order was a bit much.

This store has gotten so bad that they just hand you a bag with whatever in it now. I've never gotten exactly what i've ordered from this taco bell. If I order a veggie fiesta burrito, all I get is rice and beans inside. I totally understand if you are out of ingredients, but I think you have an obligation to tell people that they are only getting half of what they are paying for. Sometimes they just don't put lettuce in anything. I guess it just depends on the mood of the staff that day. I've tried leaving feedback and contacting the company through their website, but have gotten zero response. I guess I'll just go down the street to Del Taco or Taco bueno from now on. It's like this store wants to go out of business or something. Weird place.

As their prices go up the quality of service goes down. Atrocious customer service and zero customer support from corporate. Taco Bell is now the worst fast food in the US.

This was a good night to go, very friendly people. Food was great. Carl manager, I forgot to get the other guy's name but they were both very pleasant and professional. Still the best Taco Bell around at this time.
