The Shawnee store manager is verbally abusive to her employees. Corporate pretty much said. to bad. I hope nobody shops there if they cant treat people with respect.

This is the Guthrie store. It's always in disorder. The manager is always in the back with the young guys and never attentive to customers. She's offended when a customer asks simple questions such as when will you be putting out brand jeans like miss me. It seems this store manager is with holding these brands because before they had them daily but as a daily visitor she has had zero in all sizes for over six weeks that I've seen... but she herself has ample supply of brands in her personal word robe. If she gets a complaint she sheds a bad light on the customer complaining and gets her big dog Mary at HR to over talk to you and accuse you rather than ask your opinion. Guthrie mngr needs to hire ppl who will care for the store and cater to the customer, because rather Mary in HR or Tara Guthrie store mngr understand this simple statement or not "The customer is always right" . This manager should not only hire young guys making them key carriers but hire women too.and all ages not just younger ppl. This is called discrimination and Mary in HR should have heard out the entire situation rather than being bull dog protector of an employee who is doing wrong.
