Ive only had good experiences here! My appointments are always swift and easy. The staff is great and Dr. Rand always listens to my concerns. Shout out to one of the hygienists. I believe her name was Christina, but I may be misremembering. Regardless, She gave me great advice about a particular issue I was having and was super friendly/helpful.

Staff isnt consistent. I am finishing what I need to do and finding a new dentist. It is staff at the front desk, not the dentist themselves.

On April the 6th 2024 I had the worst experience ever with dental dental technician was very rude and unprofessional all because I voice my opinion about the previous Services I receive and because i ask how much longer will it be for my service to be completed technician was digging in my teeth so bad my gums and teeth is now hurting I will not will not be returning to this office and I will be filing a formal complaint as well as taking other measures
