        We recently purchased 2 desktop computers to run graphics intensive programs. The new computers are so fast we just ordered 3 more. Tech support is excellent and timely, and we're grateful for their expertise and support.

        I bought a custom new pc for my nephew from them only to find out after my son-in-law pricematched the parts, I was charged 3x the amount of parts. Never going here again. The owner didn't want to answer any questions if you can even get him on the phone.

        If I could sum up Advantec in one word, "Reliability". Advantec Solutions is very good at responding quickly to our IT needs. Their customer service is impeccable. This is something that the IT company we worked with in the past was missing. I wish we had switched to Advantec much earlier than we did.         My organization uses this tech company and they are amazing!! I was having a long standing tech issue for a couple years and were were not able to get to the root of the issue with previous IT company, Advantec Solutions came on board and resolved it the same day! They also are very quick on resolving any issues and always have amazing customer service! Thanks Advantec all that you do!!
