Everything has been wonderful from the first call to inquire about their services to the onboarding to working with them daily. Jason was great explaining everything to us at the beginning. Trent and Bryan have been fantastic through onboarding and on a day to day basis.

We have been with 3 Nines for years. Up until December 2022 they have been amazing!! We here at the office thought of them as true business partners. We have purchased equipment from them and support for our whole IT system. In December a new person I have never dealt with called and said they were changing their business model and if we wanted to continue using them it would be hundreds more a month than what we have spent in the past. We are a small business and it was far over our budget. I am all for it being America and you can change your business and charge what you want anytime. Just very frustrating.
