Very rude and unprofessional with their customers, take your business somewhere else. They will rip you off and over charge you for bad quality work. There is plenty of other businesses that would provide better services and quality.

Had my business cards printed here. I wanted to stay local, and this was closeby. I ordered a design I knew would be challenging so when I first saw them, I thought maybe I just had a tricky project... but once I compared it to a competitor's, the difference was clear. Ink coverage was a little splotchy, and the edges were rough. For how much I paid for each, I was disappointed.
Also, I remember it being a bit of a chore to get the rep to understand what I wanted. I used language that I picked up working in the print industry, so I'm not sure why we had to go in circles a couple of times over email. That said, it's likely I'm partially culpable for the communication mishaps.
If you have a print EMERGENCY, I could see QP being just what you need. It definitely was not right for me or my business. I try to go local as much as I can, but I can't justify paying more for a poorer product and a worse customer experience.
It was done quick, though. It's in the name, so if that's all you need, expect to pay a premium and compromise a little.

Not too happy with this place! A couple months ago i brought them a few sheets to laminate that i printed. When we picked them up, they were in a plastic bag sealed up so I didn't see them till they were back at the office. Every one of them had wrinkles in them...some BAD. I called Bart, the person i usually talked to. I understood completely that that happens and didn't mind reprinting them at all. (which i did and they laminated them just fine the second time) My beef was that they didn't mention it at all. They just rolled them up and hoped i wouldn't say anything. Well, I did say plenty about that... that it was not appreciated at all. But they fixed it and all was well.. I thought . Till i took more today( a very nice job that would have been several hundred $ for them and they told me they weren't going to do them anymore..."Company Policy" They didn't lose anything on the previous job...I DID, but was willing to still use them. so... See Ya!
