Bee Healthy Cafe (OU Medical - University Health Club)

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a strawberry banana smoothie. Both were delicious and filling. Service was good and the place is a walk up and order. They do get busy during peak eating hours.

So rude. The woman took nearly 15 minutes to prepare each order. We had 2 orders in front of us, we waited to just order for nearly 30 minutes. No eye contact or conversation. Very awkward. There was another staff member who could have helped or greeted us, they were cleaning a floor drain. The first item we tried to order wasn't available. I was disappointed. On our way out, a man did give us a pleasant farewell.

I have very few options if I don't brown bag it for lunch. This is the only walkable place to grab lunch in the 30 minutes I can get away from the surgery center. So, I have tried quite a few things off the menu. I typically order thru Toast Takeout app. The young lady that works there knows me by name so when I order a grilled wrap, she sometimes waits until she sees me to put it on the grill so it will be perfectly grilled and hot when I get it. I never wait more than a minute. I have never been disappointed with anything I have eaten there. My favorite two grilled wraps are the Spicy black bean and the chicken quesadilla wrap. The Mediterranean is another favorite. I've tried 3 different smoothies but the Elvis is definitely worth a try!
