        Dissatisfaction would be the best word to describe my experience. I bought a used truck under the condition that they replaced the wide mud tires and the wheels that were on the truck. After waiting nearly a week, they replaced the tires for another set of wide tires and did not replace the wheels. The truck was not cleaned when I picked it up. After a month of calling and visiting the location, getting absolutely no response or return phone calls, I am pursuing legal action. It's completely unacceptable.

        Got a decent deal on a used pickup. During drive home the touchscreen radio stopped responding to touch, which is a known probably with the truck. Called the salesman the next day and basically said "it worked yesterday, we can fix it for you if you pay for it." Exactly what I expected, but not a great way to treat a customer if you want them to come back. Salesman and finance people were kind.

        I'm here looking at cars for my daughter and we come from Kansas. My daughter just has someone who needs to fix some details, they promise to fix it, I return home to bring the money, I call and ask if it is ready, they say yes, I come to pay for the car, I sign papers and they tell me that the car is not ready which will be there the next day. The next day he shows up to pick it up and it turns out that they won't have it ready for a few days. If I pay for the car it means that I need it not in a week. Liars. They lied. They took my money snd I signed the papers, they didn't have the car ready when they said. They didn't tell me until AFTER I signed and paid for the car. The next day they said the next day the car would be ready. But when I arrived it wasn't ready. I do not recommend them. 4/9/24 still waiting for my car.
