My mom, sister and I worked with Jeanne in November before my dad passed and shes was very helpful and kind. After his passing, we decided to change some things and she was even for helpful and kind if thats even possible. This was my first experience with this and she made me/us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I recommend this company and especially Jeanne to anyone! Thank you again!

It takes special people to work in a position where people come, day in and day out to either plan ahead for their passing from this life to the next or they come in, broken-hearted, to plan a celebration of the life of someone they loved dearly. This lady is one of those very special people. My daughters and I met with Jeanne Lowrey to discuss and make plans for the burial plots that their grandparents had purchased and given to us many years ago. None of us knew that within less than a month, my husband would pass. When Jeanne got that news, she called me and even came to my home to offer her condolences. She brought me several pieces of reading material for my daughters and I to help us deal with our grief. I could go on, but I just want to say Thank you to your company for hiring such a warm, caring person to help my family and many others in the days to come to go through this difficult process of saying Good-bye to our loved ones. Thank you, Jeanne from the bottom of my heart for being there for me and my family and many many more in the days to come!
