        I went in yesterday to get my eSIM activated on my new phone and paid for it before they activated that was a stupid decision because they never activated my esims and refused to give me a refund so I was out money and still have no service . when I know the manager Jackie could of gave me a refund but she said it was policy which I understand its policy if I got the service on of course I cant get a refund but I paid for service I DIDNT GET so I should of got my money back worst customer service experience ever and I talk to cricket customer service they agreed I should of got a full refund

        We went in this morning for a couple of new phones and 2 replacement sims, Jackie was who helped us. She was extremely polite & well educated on all the questions that we had. Definitely an employee who deserves praise. She was a delight.
