Please write the full story. We did not damage your phone. Your phone came in more damaged than you thought. Your frame was bent and a new screen would not allow to sit properly. We advised and recommended to leave the phone more time but you decided to wait for the repair and when we notified we would need more time with the phone to even out the edges so we can do a proper install of the screen, you said you were in a rush and were going out of state and it was fine how it was. We also advised you not to walk out without us finishing the repair properly because the screen was not sitting right and could easily crack but you insisted to leave and pay like that. Again, we offered for you to come back anytime when you are not in a rush for us to repair your phone right. If you are not satisfied and our screen is still in good condition, we can take it off and put your old one back on and give you a full refund.
