        Make sure you are ready to purchase a new phone because they going to tell you your phone is not working and once purchase a new one there going sell your one with all your information would not recommend that store to anyone

        From a smaller town, stopped by this Metro to get the phone I wanted for my second line, got charged more than the first line. They phrased it that it was normal and like they were giving me two phone cases and a gift cup. They are sneaky and the two girls were speaking Spanish to each other while porting my number over. I like MetroPCS but go to a different location. These girls are scammers. I live over an hour away so it doesnt make sense for me to go back and get a refund but I called customer service they help even out some of the costs. These girls should be fired, makes me want to never buy from someone speaking Spanish to someone else while helping me because they were pulling it over on me.
