        Cant tell me a single detail regarding my account, other than I owe $200 or my service will be stopped. Tried telling me it was my bill from last month, until I showed them I had already paid it. Then told me I have to contact customer service and there isnt anything they can do in store to help me. Another Corporation that doesnt care about its customers at all, just want your money and give you no in person assistance . Ill be switching to another provider as soon as possible.

        They changed policy, made me add my name to company account which I had to do over my phone, otherwise store Wolf not access my account and assist me. Because I was a Sprint customer, T mobile no longer offers Sprint plans. Billing and computer problems since the switch has been a nuisance.
