        I absolutely LOVE Carpet Depot! I recently had 2 bedrooms re carpeted with a different color remnant for each room. This was because color choices are slimmer with remnants. The carpets I chose were beautiful, thick and a nice price. Lance made sure that I had the best of the best for the best price :). This was my 3rd visit in 7 years. I purchase pad and scheduled install. Greg, my installer showed up on a Sat and laid my bedroom down with no problems. It looked so good! When he got to the guest room he noticed that the remnant was too small!!! We called Lance and he did what we all thought was the best thing in my particular situation and he offered me the correct size of carpet to cover my room "off the roll" even though they lost a good sum of money on the deal. It is this type of customer service and dedication to their clients happiness that will continue to lead me back to buying my carpet from Carpet Depot for years to come. Plus, they hire A+ carpet installers that make the whole experience exciting instead of a chore. Hats off to Lance and Greg for last weekend and saving the day when I thought I was going to loose my mind when the carpet was too small! Great job guys :) Always 5 star service.

I can assure you that we work hard to provide a 5 star service to all of our customers and our competitors know it, which is why they will often send bogus 1 star reviews, unfortunately. If this is not a bogus 1 star review, we will gladly work with Joseph to make sure we take care of any issues that he has had with his flooring project.We stand behind our work 100%. We know that new flooring is costly and risky for a homeowner or investor. We have the experience and expertise to ensure that our projects go well. You may not know it from the name of the business but not only do we stack carpet deep to sell it cheap, we do the same with vinyl, wood, laminate and tile. Come in and see the largest selection of flooring at the best prices and get it expertly installed within 1 to 2 days. We make it fast, easy and inexpensive to buy flooring.
