Hertz Car Rental - Oklahoma City Will Rogers World Airport

Worst customer service ever! Returning the car, no one there to receive folks and give final receipt. Waited 5 minutes. No one. Finally see a guy in the parking lot and ask him, he says you have to go inside we're short staffed. Go inside, one person working and a long line. I ask him if he can give me a final bill and he tells me I have to wait in line! They seem to think 'being short staffed' means customers won't be attended to, and too bad. Ug. Never ever again but sadly this kind of thing is happening more and more.

Reserved a car prior to the trip, was on the board for gold and there was no cars in gold. Had to wait around for 30 or so minutes for a car, luckily I did get a brand new 4 runner which was very nice. But then waited another hour in line waiting to leave.

No cars booked month in advance. Presidents circle. No employees to be found. This is horrible.

This location charged me an almost $900 inner city fee and a fuel charge when I FILLED up the tank prior to drop up. I had to drop off out of state so I noticed my pick up location and they said it would be okay and I could drop off at any location. There was one (maybe two) people working the returns, and I asked the attendant several times if anything else needs to be done b/c its a out-of-state and the pick up location is aware. He said its fine just leave the keys the car and we will send you the recipe. .Almost 2 week rental with overall charge of over $2000 Ive called and emailed customer support so many times. Initially, they were saying they would refund me the inner city fee as it was an oversight on their end. Now, its a different story and customer support has to wait for this location to approve the refund. Please be very aware/informed when renting with them. This was totally unacceptable. Update: Still not correspondence regarding from Hertz. This is over a month later with no type of resolution or communication.

I spent 2.5 total hours waiting to rent a car I had already reserved. 1 hour in line to be assigned a vehicle, 1.5 hours in the car in line to leave the parking lot. Waiting for one person to verify my receipt. The car was also not clean. Without exaggeration, the flight from halfway across the country was faster than the amount of time it took to get a vehicle
