Be warned. She'll take your retainer, do a little work, talk circles on the phone, then disappear. When you threaten a bar complaint, she'll re-engage and finally provide documentation with exorbitant hours. You'll attempt to meet in the middle and request half of the retainer back, she'll say no. You'll then mention small claims court, and she'll inform you that she'll intend to request prevailing party attorney fees for herself. All while blaming you and pretending she did you a favor.

Elaine was amazing until she wasn't. She helped me with everything. Answered all my questions, was easy to get a hold of. When it came down to the day she was supposed to file my paperwork with the court, she went MIA! Since October 11, when I still hadn't received the packet she said I would be getting in the mail, I have called and left 9-10 vm, and sent 10 or so emails. That doesn't even count the times I showed up to her office and she isn't there! I now call everyday and she WILL NOT answer the phone or return an email. Today is November 6th, and my Bankruptcy still hasn't been filled! Remind you this was supposed to be filed September 9th, 2023 and she is paid in full! Next step Oklahoma Bar!

I paid a fee for her to handle an issue for me . After numerous calls and no action ever delivered she stopped answering her phones. Im having to take time off work and fly to Oklahoma and go directly to her office to she if she is even doing business!!! Will up date after I go to her place off business!!!
