Their bill pay service is now farmed out to a third party and is not all electronic as they lead you to believe - in 2024! I found this out when my mortgage payment was late. It was supposed to be paid on the 29th of the previous month. It wasn't late until the 16th of the month I was paying for. I contacted True Sky who gave me a 1800 number for Fiserv. After over 30 minutes on hold, I started to find out I hadn't seen the worst yet. The bill pay company sent me to collections as opposed to pulling the money out of my account, or contacting me. I had to fight that, then I had to make other arrangements to pay my bills because they locked my accounts. I'm no longer dealing with True Sky! Take this as a warning. Bank elsewhere!

Customer service has decreased tremendously since FAA. Even the manager lacks customer service skills. Went in for a letter I received and the manager explained she couldnt answer why I received it but would reach out to me by email/phone call once it was informed by a different department as to why. Days passed and nothing, so I reached out by email, which she did respond. I answered again and asked more questions and at that point she never responded back. This has not been the only time but unfortunately I think this is their thing now.
