        When it to takes 10 to 20 min to answer the phone.... There is a major problem.....

        WEOKIE has a system of having one main member on each account. The spouse does not get access to any of their joint accounts without the 'members' expressed permission.  However this permission does not apply to access online or using their app.  You would each need your own sign in account.  We've been married 43 yes. If I can walk in and have access (if permission was previously given) then why not on line.  Our mtg loan is there or we would pack it up and go somewhere else that has better customer service skills and doest prevent'couple banking'.​
