        I have a mortgage loan through this bank and i make my payments electronically every month on time. This month i found a second payment was taken out 2 days after i made my payment and without my permission. I called and I jumped through all their hoops and what they said would take 2 to 3 days to issue my refund has now been a week as of tomorrow. Then I find out it can take a additional 2 to 3 days to clear the electronic refund deposit . This is unacceptable. No reason has been given for messing up and no apology for the inconvenience. A bit of advice is check your account often so this doesn't get by you and your out 100s of dollars.

        Beware, this bank will cost you time and money and give you headaches trying to do anything. A horrible experience from the beginning to now. The terrible reviews are real here. Its too late for me but save yourself and choose ANYONE else to do business with.
