I was looking for a job here and the lady on the phone was a jerk and no help,I asked a starting pay and she said it depends what position,than I ask what do they have and she said idk and than when I asked a specific position she said idk,very unprofessional and doesn't know how to kindly direct someone to the right person. 0/10

I usually speak with Brittney pretty much when she was training, and she has always been a great help! The prices here are also great! I spoke with someone named Kyle and he seemed rude. He said " We don't have the other two so I'm not doing all that work." Which is fine but if you work in customer service at least try to sound nice about it and then while I was in the middle of speaking saying," I'll call back when we receive the vehicle to get a better idea of what sensors it all has" and to thank him he hung up on me immediately. Definitely need to retrain rude employees.
