        Mr. Wagner is not detail oriented, appears to go by what his administrative assistant/paralegals tell him, misses filing deadlines, and obviously doesn't review documents typed for the courts. He FAILED me on my car accident because he wouldn't be assertive enough to fight for ME when he learned that the jerk who rear-ended me going 45 to 50 mph only had the most minimal required insurance coverage. It wasn't about my life long injuries, but about money-making. He could have gone after my insurance for UM, but didn't. Don't waste your time or energy here.

        Went well until I could never get a contract to hire. Was told one would be mailed to me, never came. Waited for a while thinking any time it would arrive, called and brought a report that was asked for was told that a contract to hire would be sent by email. Never showed. Called back and was told they have been busy on another case. No calls from them at all. Apparent my case didnt have enough money involved to call and inform me of anything.

      Ms. Baldwin, we are sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, the information you are using to review me and my business in the public light is false, if you are referring to the motor vehicle accident of December 18, 2007, our past correspondence reflects that, we were able to obtain third-party policy limits, and sought additional coverage through your UM (under-insured) coverage, but they denied any additional funds stating there was no evidence of a need for future medical care or treatment.We advised that obtaining an independent medical evaluation may have shown a need for and projected cost of future medical expense, but this is something that you wholeheartedly opposed.We discussed all these issues at the time of your case. I also apologize for not being able to meet or exceed your expectations, please call our office if you would like to discuss this further.

      Dennis, I have tried to contact you via email to discuss this matter and to clear up any misunderstanding. As you may recall when we met, I shared aerial photos of the scene of the accident and had offered to investigate pursuing more compensation for your vehicle but needed the incident report prior to agreeing to representation.You dropped off the incident report, but I had not completed a promised proposal for representation to further investigate or represent you. I reached out to apologize and you stated you would resolve the matter without my assistance.You have a 2-year statute of limitations to bring an action, which as you may be aware will be the 14th of December 2022. I apologize for not sending a proposed representation agreement prior to you saying you would handle it yourself.If you have not already resolved your case, and would like assistance of counsel, we would be willing to discuss the matter and/or provide guidance, please call our office if you would like to discuss this further.
