Well when you ask for something to get fixed it might take a couple of days because they are so busy around here there always working hard to take care of things but the residents here need to try to help by taking care of things to thank yall to the management and office staff for what yall do much appreciated

Just gets worse every year. In 2021 while living there we witnessed someone get shot right outside our window. And now in 2024 theyre taking a deposits , application fees and all and never giving a tenant a proper move in date. Have called for a friend MULTIPLE times and whoever answers is extremely rude. My friend has applied elsewhere because she had her money taken and never even Recieving a move in date. Nor did she even get to tour her apartment before signing anything which is a renters right everyone gets. The photos on their website are completely useless as it is never what you get. Oh and be prepared for roaches!!!
(From my understanding it seems like Upper management of the company only responds to these , so youre never really able to respond or talk to them , the two who actually work there on a daily basis need to be removed IMO. They seem to not help anyone )

Roaches and more roaches they are in the wood work.they charge you every month for them to spray but they never spray .I kept cleaning and more large roaches kept coming in .A lady was in the office and she said she had big bugs in her apartment.Live here if you want roaches and big bugs .moved out I got fed up. .
