Have used them for 3 years now and it's always been a great experience. When opening a new business they walked me through everything and have helped every step of the way. Can't recommend them enough.

Initial meeting seemed this would be a good choice. They throughly went over everything with my team. Paid for this consultation. However the 2 times they did file my taxes it was anything but a good experience. Zero communication or responses to calls or emails from the accountant I was passed off to. She never responded this year after multiple attempts to contact her. Ended up having to file my own extension for 2021. She finally called day was extension was due acting like I had never called or emailed. MAYBE she didnt get them or those messages were never passed on. But when you call the main office response was always immediate. After another accountant reviewed the returns she filed it was questionable she even knew anything about small business or communicating the reasons she filed them that way. Nickel and dimed charges over each simple question or call the SHE would request. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
