Got a roof put in approx May 2017. Shortly after had a water ring show up on the ceiling. Daryl the owner kept saying he would come check it. He finally did and said he caulked around a vent. Next rainy season and here we are agian. We have multiple water rings. I have called and left a couple messages with bo return. I got ahold of an old friend that worked there and he said he asked the owner to call me yet no call back. I don't expect a lot just my roof done correctly. Monday I will be making a formal complaint with the BBB and my home insurance. I spend thousands in home insurance and they paid thousands for my roof I should not be having water spots on my roof 1 month, 2 months, or 2yrs after install on shingles that were guaranteed for 30 yrs. I will updated this when and if roof medic makes it right. Update* The owner finally made it out to fix the roof a few months after this post. I am glad he made it right, but I would never use them agian.

SATAY AWAY  .Horrible customer service and follow up when there is a problem Cheap roof works resulted in water damage to the wall and inside the house and they blame it on other reasons Had to hire a second company to fix the leakage and spend lots of money  out of my own pockets to fix their cheap work ,They asked me to pay additional $1200 to come out and fix the leakage which i refused since  source of water leakage was inappropriate shingle placement and insufficient sealing  Also at the end they left lots of garbage and nails behind in our yard and Grass They try to  maximize their profit by getting lots of money from your insurance and  do the job as cheap as possible at the end Read their reviews first before you do any business with this company

Do yourself a favor and go with another company.   They broke irreplaceable art and glass top tables when they stepped through the roof, and not on the beams as any roofer should know to do.  Not only did they break those items they were rude and ultimately refused to pay for the items they broke.  It was a no stop hassle dealing with them and the trash and nails they left behind were in abundance.
