Just a quick note to say I truly enjoy working with Shari Montelongo. I have been using Shari's services for over 15 months now on my Norman property and she's a total professional. Shari is a great property manager! She communicates with me and is always willing to help me find solutions to any issues that come up. When you do not live close to your rental property, its very important to find someone who will do a good honest job in taking care of your investment. Im lucky enough to have found Shari! I can give her a phone call, text or email and she always gets back to me in a timely manner. She communicates well with my tenant and helps schedule repairs as needed. When I went down there to find a property manager, I knew she was the one and I have yet to regret my decision! Thank you Shari, for taking care of my rental property!
