Metro Rooter Plumbing

I will never use Bob with Metro Rooter again. Hired him to add a clean-out to a sewer line. He didn't write out a bid, which is a red flag. He eventually did the job (not sure if he got a permit) and I paid him that day. I then discovered his excavator hit an outdoor faucet near the clean-out, bending the faucet and making it inoperable. He didn't disclose this, I had to discover it. I then spent over ten weeks repeatedly asking him to replace the faucet. He rarely responded to any of my requests. I had to tell him I was going to file a complaint (he's not a BBB member, it would be a consumer complaint through the OK A.G.). He eventually replaced the faucet but left it unsealed. I then had to go back and forth to get him to come back and finish the repair which he eventually did. I have been asking for a receipt for the initial work done on replacing the sewer clean-out but after over three months he still hasn't provided one. This is yet another red flag and part of his practice of not putting anything in writing. How he handled what should have been a simple plumbing job was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Bob Embrey the owner is very, very rude. I would highly suggest to NEVER use this company. He treated his employee so incredibly awful in front of us. The most unprofessional plumber I have ever dealt with!! Stay AWAY from this company! He (Bob) made fun of the dishwasher brand we had bought said its from Taiwan, no wonder??? Not sure what he meant by that comment, it wasnt cheap!!!!
