Jay has been magnificent to work he. He has excellent customer service skills. He was always more than willing to explain any and everything I had questions on. He was prompt to respond when things came up. When still searching for a home, he would even check in periodically just to see how the process was coming and see if there were any way he could help. Overall, he has been fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Jay was truly a pleasure to work with. Jay has a deep knowledge of his industry, super helpful in explaining anything that was nuanced or even slightly confusing to me. I really felt like Jay was looking out for my best interest during the entire loan process and he never left me wondering or waiting on anything. He went above and beyond to make sure my needs were not only met, but exceeded. Jay is also supported by a team that is equally as competent and wonderful to work with.
Jay is super kind and generous with his time. I am referring all my friends and family to him moving forward. I highly, highly recommend contacting Jay for your mortgage needs.

I'd recommend Jay to anyone purchasing a home in the OKC metro. He was wonderful to work with and his customer service skills are unmatched. I had so many questions throughout the process but Jay would answer them before I even had a chance to ask. Being a first-time homeowner was stressful but he made it as smooth as possible. Available day, night or weekend for my questions, too. I look forward to using him for my next home.

As a first time home buyer Jay and his team made the process go smoothly! I had no idea what I was getting into buying my first home, but they helped me along the way and Im glad I chose them!
