        Food was fresh but our order was wrong very poorly ran crew was yelling in the speaker to hold in drive though with a rude tone it was so bad when we left 2 car pulled out of drive though its a hit or miss with this one

        I took my kids in the other day. We ordered in the dining room. Only one other group was eating inside. First the drink machine does not have the proper mix for carbonation. She told me it was because the ice part didn't work. We threw our drinks away before receiving food. Took 25 minutes for our food to be ready, then half was cold. 2 of the burgers buns were totally stale, like a rock. We just asked for a refund and left. Total time spent 30 minutes for nothing. I will never go back to this jack n the box ever again. No apologies were made and some guy was complaining in the kitchen about something.
