Doug was very helpful and informational. However, he made decisions for me - for instance, he turned off the bluetooth feature on my CPAP before I could say I'd rather have it on and I haven't had a chance to fix it - instead of letting me make my decisions. I imagine Doug is used to a different demographic that may not be technically savvy, so I understand. Still, I'd like to turn on the bluetooth feature. Either way, he did explain thoroughly and carefully everything I needed to know about my new equipment, and he was able to answer any questions that came up while I was there.

Doug, the gentleman that helped me was amazing! Very knowledgeable of the machine and mask I was fitted for. The office was clean and well organized. Was a pleasing experience overall. Definitely will recommend for anyone looking for who needs it.
